Conquest 2024: Fill out camp list & enter tickets

Dear fortress,

the Conquest is getting closer and closer and like every year the work for us quarter managers is really starting now. Please help us by entering your names in our Excel list so that we know how many we will have and what dimensions your camp should have (please also enter here who you would like to camp next to, where your entrance is or whether you would prefer it to be quiet). Please bear in mind that you have 12 square meters of space per person, from the rest we will create paths and keep space for common areas (commandery, alchemists, arcaneum, etc.). Please refrain from playing around with colors in the list or writing in the orange area. These serve as an aid for us quartermasters and it is very confusing if things are entered there that are not correct. If you have already registered, please check back from time to time, if something is marked orange or red, please write to us briefly, there is then a need for clarification.

And please assign your tickets to your camp in Skald to the fortress. If your camp has not yet been created, please contact us and we will create it as soon as possible. This is important because Live Adventure/Burgschneider always plans the space based on the allocated tickets in Skald and the sooner everyone is allocated, the better.

How do I enter my ticket?

1. log in to your account at Skald:
   https://skald.com/
2. press on your name in the upper right corner
3. a small menu appears: Select the item “Tickets
4. now all your tickets will be displayed. Select the ticket “ConQuest 2023”
5. enter a player name (your real name)
6. choose a character for the ticket (your character name – if you haven’t created one yet, you can do so in the “Characters” tab next to “Tickets”)
7. select the small icon with the magnifying glass under “Location”
8. search for your camp in the list and press “Select”

Your camp name will always start with “Feste der Vielfalt” followed by the name you entered in our Excel spreadsheet. If your camp does not exist, please register your ticket for the camp “1751 Feste der Vielfalt” and then check if you are already registered in the Excel spreadsheet:

I have registered – what now?

When you have completed all the points, a green tick will appear on your ticket in Skald.
Congratulations, you are almost done! Why only almost? Has the rest of your group signed up yet? Not yet? Then please send the instructions to the rest!

The early arrival ticket is still blinking red?

That’s no problem – you don’t have to enter the early arrival ticket.

Your group is completely registered? very good!
You can now sit back and relax – or get back to the usual pre-con stress.
